Biography
Elizabeth leads the human resources strategy at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), where she partners with the leadership team to enable a high-performing, innovative research environment. Her work centers on talent, organizational effectiveness, and building a culture of accountability and growth. She brings more than 20 years of HR experience across diverse and global organizations, and as an ICF-certified coach, she integrates coaching principles into leadership development and team effectiveness.
